1. Indicate what will happen from September to June, 2015-16, in your plan. Include contact with Leadership, Advisory Team Meetings (you should create a group to oversee process), professional development, assessments, and any activities (ex: parent sessions, student meetings, etc.)
I also included a Family Data Night, which is a chance for families to come hear about the data we have, what plans we have come up with, and a chance to give feedback. There will be monthly eBlast emails, but it’s important to really explain these numbers and implications to families. It’s also a way to get feedback, as eBlasts are generally one way.
2. List data to be gathered throughout the year to determine progress and guide adjustments. It can be weekly, monthly, biannually, yearly, etc.
- MAP Scores- 4 times through school year, coinciding with beginning and end of the year, as well as around report card times.
- CELDT Scores: biannually- once at the beginning of the year, once midway
